C.J. Schrunk

Coach C.J. Schrunk:

“I was born and raised down the river in Dubuque, IA. I fell in love with running in high school where I ran cross country. I attended Drake University and continued my love of running and exercise in general through various road races, soccer and rowing on the men’s crew team. My wife and I have been in La Crosse since 2014 and have really enjoyed being back along the river and the bluffs.

I currently am a web developer for Vendi Advertising and am a big nerd at heart. In my spare time I enjoy running, soccer, snowboarding and doing jigsaw puzzles… the more pieces the better. I’ve successfully ran 5 half-marathons, one Ultra RAGNAR, and numerous trail races and 5k’s. I look forward to the training sessions and helping everyone meet their goals.”
