“Zero to Hero” 5k/10k Training Team
Have a goal of some day running a 5k, 5 mile, or 10k, but no idea how to train? Are you so new to the idea of running that you haven’t even bought running shoes? Does the idea of wearing running shorts horrify you? Or maybe you’ve run some races already, but you wish there was a group to help you increase your mileage and get ready for a longer distance?
We proudly offer a 12 week, progressive training program designed for aspiring runners like you!! Our no-pressure, easy going program will gently take you through all the steps of training, leading to a 5k, 5 mile, or 10k finish! Our dedicated coaches have been through the same struggles, and will be understanding and encouraging every step of the way.
The Zero to Hero 5k/10k Program also includes our Better Running Seminar Series, as well as weekly discussions about nutrition, apparel, and any other questions you may have. In addition, every GBT member receives an exclusive “In Training” moisture wicking shirt.
So whether you’re brand new to running, or maybe you’ve run a 5k and you want a group to help you go farther, we’re ready to guide you along the way!
